Cooking instructions

  • Boil rice.
  • Cut and fry onion and garlic on olive oil.
  • Add mushrooms, curry, coconut milk, tomatoes, and lemon juice.
  • Stew everything for 20-25 minutes.
  • Grill salmon on both sides.
  • Serve with black rice or prefered groats.
