- Brown mushrooms –
- Red onion –
- Garlic –
- Curry –
- Coconut milk –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Lemon juice –
- Olive oil –
- Black rice –
Cooking instructions
- Boil rice.
- Cut and fry onion and garlic on olive oil.
- Add mushrooms, curry, coconut milk, tomatoes, and lemon juice.
- Stew everything for 20-25 minutes.
- Grill salmon on both sides.
