- Salmon fillet -
- Brown mushrooms -
- Red onion -
- Garlic -
- Curry -
- Coconut milk -
- Canned tomatoes -
- Lemon juice -
- Olive oil -
- Black rice -
Cooking instructions
- Boil rice.
- Cut and fry onion and garlic on olive oil.
- Add mushrooms, curry, coconut milk, tomatoes, and lemon juice.
- Stew everything for 20-25 minutes.
- Grill salmon on both sides.
