Cooking instructions

  • Boil green lentils.
  • Cut dried tomatoes and red bell pepper. Squeeze lemon juice.
  • Slice and grill halloumi.
  • Cut onion and fry it. Add the onion and dried tomatoes to the green lentils.
  • Sprinkle lentils with oregano, thyme, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Arrange grilled halloumi on top of green lentils.
