Cooking instructions
- Boil green lentils.
- Cut dried tomatoes and red bell pepper. Squeeze lemon juice.
- Slice and grill halloumi.
- Cut onion and fry it. Add the onion and dried tomatoes to the green lentils.
- Sprinkle lentils with oregano, thyme, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix everything together.
- Arrange grilled halloumi on top of green lentils.
